Issue: The LED display is showing strange characters.

This can occur if power is briefly interrupted, or if the power supply is unplugged and plugged back in without waiting at least 30 seconds. This can also happen if the light is connected to the ballast while the power supply is plugged into an outlet.

Unplug the power supply

Wait at least 30 seconds before plugging the power supply back in.

Never connect (disconnect) the light to (from) the ballast while the power supply is plugged into an electrical outlet.

Use of a reliable surge protector is recommended.
